Jasmin Thompson
(S&S Collective Founder /Ash & Ember Aesthetics LLC)
With over 12 years of experience in skincare and waxing, I’ve learned that true beauty starts with connection. I take the time to really get to know my clients, creating a comfortable space where you can relax, be yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and confident.
I founded Stone & Spark Collective with a vision of creating an environment where women in the beauty and wellness industry can feel empowered, supported, and inspired. It’s a space built on community — where we lift each other up, share knowledge, and grow together.
I’m passionate about continuing education and always looking for ways to learn and evolve, both for myself and for the clients I care for. Whether it’s new techniques, advanced education, or product knowledge, I believe growth is what keeps this work meaningful.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me spending time with my family, cooking something new, getting a good workout in, or curled up with a great book.
Lori
Lori was nearing the end of her Army career when she felt called to pursue massage therapy. She enrolled at Bellus Academy for Cosmetology and Massage Therapy, where she discovered not only a passion, but also a natural gift for helping others heal from injuries and ease the stress of daily life.
She specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Heated Stone, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Lori often blends techniques-such as muscle stripping and Craniosacral Therapy-to help relieve neck pain, headaches, and migraines. Her approach is to draw on all the knowledge and modalities she has studied to create personalized sessions that best support her clients healing and well-being.
Lori has been a Massage Therapist for 12 years. She qis licensed by the City of Manhattan and insured through the American Massage Therapy Association.
Trae (Muse Studio)
Welcome to Muse Studio, where your nails and your experience come first. Trae, the owner and nail artist, has been a nail tech for 4 years. She became a nail tech to challenge herself and try something she never thought she could do — and along the way discovered a passion for creating beautiful nails and meaningful connections.
When you sit in her chair, you can laugh, chat, be quiet, or even share a moment to yourself. Every visit is about more than just a manicure — it’s about making you feel seen, cared for, and a little more confident.
At Muse, you can enjoy Acrylics, Structure Gel, Gel-X, and Spa Manicures, all while keeping your natural nails healthy. Trae brings creativity, care, and attention to detail to every appointment, making each set of nails as unique as you are.
Outside the studio, Trae is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her pets. Step into Muse Studio, and leave with nails you love and a little sparkle in your day.
Maggie Conversino (Sei Bella Studio)
Maggie began her career journey in Alabama after receiving her cosmetology license in 2019. She grew a love for her craft in lashes, brows and waxing. Maggie then moved to Kansas with her husband in December of 2023 and continued to grow in her career offering high-quality services and to excel in her passions. After being in Kansas for 2 years, she has decided to bring her dream to life by opening Sei Bella Studio. At Sei Bella Studio, Maggie’s mission is to create a space where clients not only look beautiful but feel truly cared for. Her commitment to excellence, professionalism, and elegance shines through in every service she provides.
Laurel Stewart (LockedNLayered)
Laurel Stewart is a stylist and educator behind LockedNLayered, specializing in luxury blonding, lived-in color, and custom extensions - always sealed with her signature, bouncy blowout. Laurel has spend the last seven years perfecting per craft behind the chair and as licensed cosmetology educator, helping others fall in love with the beauty industry. too.
Known for her eye for dimension and effortless blends, Laurel creates hair that moves, shines, and feels like you. Her suite was designed for the modern client - elevated, cozy, and full of good energy (and maybe a little caffeine).
Outside the salon, Laurel is a boy mom, newlywed, caffeine enthusiast, reality TV junkie, and self-proclaimed certified yapper + part-time therapist.
